Chiropractor Referrals
We believe in the proven benefits of chiropractic care and have witnessed good results for many people including our clients. For over 40 years local chiropractors have referred injured patients to us.
We always give the patient personal attention. In addition, we work closely with the referring chiropractor to get the chiropractor’s bills paid and to prepare the chiropractor’s testimony should litigation be required.
Peer Reviews
Since the passage of Act 6 in 1991, we have filed hundreds of lawsuits against auto insurance carriers for using rigged peer reviews and unjustly refusing to pay for needed chiropractic care. We have been on the cutting edge of many peer-review decisions, including legal rulings which held that auto insurance carriers were responsible to pay chiropractors three times the amount of outstanding bills because of the insurance carriers’ wanton conduct.
